The foundation works to establish schools, vocational training centers, and scholarship programs to empower economically challenged youth. RRR is dedicated to providing comprehensive health services, particularly for vulnerable groups such as prisoners, disaster survivors, and people with disabilities. Programs include trauma care, drug rehabilitation, and mental health support, ensuring accessible care and rehabilitation to improve quality of life.

Our Areas of Work
Labour Day
On Labor Day, the RRR Foundation organizes an annual umbrella distribution event aimed at supporting economically struggling daily wage earners in Bihar. A total of 500 umbrellas are distributed to help these workers shield themselves from the intense heat while traveling to and from work and working outdoors. This simple yet impactful initiative provides much-needed relief for those who endure challenging weather conditions daily, ensuring they can work in greater comfort and safety. The annual umbrella distribution aligns with RRR’s mission to uplift and support underserved communities.
Science Exhibition for Rural Talent Search (SERTS)
The Science Exhibition for Rural Talent Search (SERTS), an annual inter-district event led by the RRR Foundation since December 2021, showcases scientific creativity and practical solutions for rural issues. Over 50 schools participate each year, and the exhibition fosters innovation and hands-on learning, featuring models and prototypes that address local challenges. SERTS includes educational sessions designed to inspire young minds and spark scientific curiosity. Awards are presented in ten categories, celebrating excellence across various disciplines. Driven by Rinkesh Kumar, SERTS embodies RRR’s commitment to empowering rural talent through education and innovation.
Forestation Drive
RRR Foundation’s forestation initiatives, led by Rinkesh Kumar and a dedicated team of volunteers, aim to restore greenery and promote environmental well-being. Through a series of impactful campaigns, RRR conducts multiple sapling drives, including five 1,000-sapling drives, seven 5,000-sapling drives, and two 10,000-sapling drives. The foundation also uses seed bombing techniques to reach more remote areas and plans a major 50,000-sapling campaign. Driven by a deep commitment to Mother Earth, RRR’s greening initiatives are integral to its mission of ecological sustainability.
Cyber Safety Awareness
RRR Foundation, under the leadership of Rinkesh Kumar, conducts extensive cyber safety awareness campaigns across schools in Triveniganj and approximately 50% of schools in Supaul district. These campaigns focus on educating students about safe internet practices, protecting personal data, and recognizing online threats. Through interactive sessions and workshops, the initiative empowers young students to navigate the digital world responsibly and securely, equipping them with essential knowledge to prevent cyber risks. This proactive approach aligns with RRR’s commitment to youth safety and digital literacy.
Mother’s Days
On Mother’s Day, RRR Foundation organizes a heartfelt initiative in hospitals across Triveniganj and Supaul district, offering new mothers practical support and encouragement. RRR volunteers distribute newborn baby kits and fruit baskets to celebrate and support mothers as they begin their journey with their infants. The baby kits provide essential items for newborn care, while the fruit baskets offer nutritious support for recovery. This initiative reflects RRR’s commitment to maternal and child well-being, ensuring that new mothers feel valued and supported.
Religious Diversity & Inclusivity
Since 2021, RRR Foundation celebrates various religious festivals annually to promote inclusivity and respect for all faiths. Led by Rinkesh Kumar, this initiative focuses on fostering unity by honoring cultural diversity in the community. In addition, RRR supports economically disadvantaged families, helping them partake in their respective festivities with dignity and joy. Through these efforts, the foundation aims to build a more connected and compassionate society, where every family experiences the spirit of celebration, regardless of their financial circumstances.
