Rinkesh Kumar – Social Worker, MSW, Electronics and Communication Engineer

Rinkesh Kumar is a dedicated social worker and the driving force behind the Rinkesh Research & Rehab (RRR) Foundation, which he has led since December 2022. With a foundation in engineering and a Master’s in Social Welfare (MSW), along with experience as a Project Engineer, primarily in telecom and network installation for Airtel and Vodafone, Rinkesh combines technical expertise with a commitment to social causes. Through RRR Foundation, he focuses on uplifting economically disadvantaged communities in Supaul, Bihar. His vision for RRR is to foster sustainable development, provide resources for marginalized groups, and contribute to long-term social progress.

A graduate in Electronics and Communication Engineering from TIT College Bhopal, Rinkesh balances his career in Ahmedabad with his role in community development. His efforts at RRR are inspired by his core values: integrity, dedication, and growth.

Rinkesh finds joy in cycling, meeting new people, singing, and helping children find their paths in life. He is also deeply interested in research and development, often exploring innovative solutions for sustainable community development. An avid traveler, he seeks inspiration from diverse cultures and experiences, fueling his dedication to RRR’s impactful initiatives.

Dr Bishwanath Saraf (President- District Athletics Association Supaul and Secretary of RRR Foundation)

Dr. Bishwanath Saraf, a visionary change-maker and esteemed medical professional, serves as the President of the District Athletics Association, Supaul, and Secretary of the RRR Foundation. A dedicated community leader, he donated land for Triveniganj’s most popular Girls High School, shaping the future of education in the region. Dr. Saraf’s tireless efforts in fostering athletics, education, and healthcare highlight his unwavering commitment to driving transformative change and empowering his community.

Jr. Er. Kundan Kumar (Social Worker and Treasurer of RRR Foundation)

Jr. Er. Kundan Kumar, a civil engineering graduate and Treasurer of the RRR Foundation, is a dedicated social worker and a visionary young leader. Passionate about community development, he spearheaded the impactful 1,000 sapling drive for the RRR Foundation, showcasing his commitment to environmental sustainability. Kundan’s dynamic leadership and devotion to social causes have made him a driving force in creating positive change and fostering growth within his community.

Saurabh Suman (President Awardee – Field Education)

Saurabh Suman, a President Awardee in Education, holds an MCA degree and serves as the Principal of Girls High School, Triveniganj. An inspiring educator, innovator, and robotics and IoT enthusiast, he has mentored numerous state and national awardees in innovation and technology. His students have achieved remarkable success, including participation in the NCERT National Science Exhibition in Panchkula, Punjab. Saurabh’s dedication to fostering young talent exemplifies his commitment to excellence in education and innovation.

Mr. Tarun Singh Rathore (Middle School Government Teacher and Advisor)

Prof. Dr Nikhil Singh (Principal of S. N. S. Mahila College Supaul / Rajiv Gandhi Achiever Awardee and Advisor)

Prof. Dr. Nikhil Singh, Principal of S.N.S. Mahila College, Supaul, is a Rajiv Gandhi Achiever Awardee and Advisor to the RRR Foundation. A multifaceted leader and community developer, he is a managing member of several universities, including B.N. Mandal University, Madhepura. Sri. Sanjay Jha ( District head - Bharat Scouts and Guides and Advisor)
